Polyester Putty

product feature:

• This product is based on polyster unsaturated resin and hardener Benzoil peroxide, high flexibility, fast drying, excellent filling and elasticity and easy sanding are the features of the above product.
• This product can be used on galvanized & steel and iron surfaces.

Surface preparation:

• The surface under the work should be free of all contaminants such as grease, oil and dust using appropriate washing methods with detergents, washing thinners.

Method of application :

• Mix components A and B with the exact mixing ratio mentioned.
• To use and add as needed hardener.
• Consume the mixture within 2 minutes.
• Up to 30 minutes after applying the putty, it is completely dry and ready to sand using 80 to 180 sandpaper.

safety tips:

• Due to the constant inhalation of solvent vapors of this paint in closed spaces, the use of masks, glasses and also air conditioning during painting is necessary.
• Due to the presence of solvent, this paint is flammable and should be kept away from heat, sparks and flames.
• In case of contact with skin and eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
