  • Car repair surface paints are applied as a final layer on two-component primers.

Surface preparation:

  • The surface under the work should be cleaned of all contaminants such as grease, oil and dust using appropriate washing methods with detergents, washing thinners.
  • The surface under the work must be completely stable, dry and free of moisture, otherwise the paint will peel and separate from the surface.
  • If the surface of the previously painted layer is completely hard and polished, using mechanical methods such as sanding, wire brush and sandpaper to increase the relative roughness of the surface and achieve greater adhesion is recommended.

Method of application :

  • Mix components A and B with the exact mixing ratio mentioned and then add the appropriate amount of thinner.
  • According to the maximum time allowed after mixing the components, be careful to mix the two components in proportion to the Instructions and do not use the paint mixture if the announced time expires.
  • When any of the components are not used, be sure to close the container well to prevent Evaporation of existing solvents.
  • Observing the appropriate time interval between the application of the primer, middle and top layers is mandatory. The minimum time required to apply the next layer is 24 hours.

  • Due to the constant inhalation of solvent vapors of this paint in closed spaces, the use of masks, glasses and also air conditioning during painting is necessary.
  • Due to the presence of solvent, this paint is flammable and should be kept away from heat, sparks and flames.
