• This coating has ideal mechanical and chemical properties which Is used to protect surfaces that are exposed to chemicals (bases and medium mineral acids), most solvents, diesel, gasoline, water, oils and salts.
• Due to its high compressive and abrasion resistance on the floor of halls and warehouses, it is used in various industries, including military industries, pharmaceutical industries, packaging industries, sports halls and hospitals.

Surface preparation:

• After vacuuming the surface and joints, apply a layer of epoxy concrete primer on the surface and joints with a capillary roller and brush.
• Clean primer impregnated surfaces with epoxy grout or epoxy surface modifier.

Method of application :

• Due to the importance of the mixing ratio of the components and its effect on the final quality of the product, mix the two components A and B together and mix for 3 minutes with a suitable mixer to obtain a uniform solution.
• Pour the prepared epoxy coating on the work surface and spread it evenly on the surface with a scraper.
• Due to the presence of small bubbles in the coating that occur during mixing, remove these bubbles using a bubble trap tool. This operation should be done 3 times at intervals of 20 minutes.
• Use studded shoes to move on the surface and bubble.
