Pu Wood Paint

• This product is based on polyurethane resin and isocyanate hardener and is used as a final layer on wooden surfaces, home appliances, interior decoration, wood facades of buildings.
• Excellent strength, shine and gloss, beauty and high resistance to weather conditions and humidity are the features of the above product.
• This product is a good alternative to cellulose and Acid curing paints in the wood industry.
• This product is available based on gloss in super gloss and matt clear in types (90%, 75%, 50%).
• This product is available based on gloss in super glossy black, super glossy white and matt white in types (90%, 75%, 50%).

Surface preparation:

• The surface under the work should be free of all contaminants such as grease, oil and dust using appropriate washing methods with detergents, washing thinners.
• The surface under the work should be completely stable, dry and free of moisture otherwise the paint, shell and is separated from the surface.
• If the paint is applied on a previously painted surface, the substrate must be thoroughly sanded and prepared.

Method of application :

• Mix components A and B with the exact mixing ratio mentioned after adding the appropriate amount of thinner.
• According to the maximum time allowed after mixing the components, be careful to mix the two components in proportion to the workload and do not use the paint mixture if the announced time expires.
• When any of the components are not used, be sure to close the container well to prevent evaporation of existing solvents.
• Observing the appropriate time interval between the application of the primer, middle and top layers is mandatory. The minimum time required to apply the next layer is 24 hours.

• Due to the constant inhalation of solvent vapors of this paint in closed spaces, the use of masks, glasses and also air conditioning during painting is necessary.
• Due to the presence of solvent, this paint is flammable and should be kept away from heat, sparks and flames.
• In case of contact with skin and eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
